A good 19th Century French oak vendange table. Vendange tables were once common in vineyards, used by workers during the harvest to have lunch and a glass or several of wine. Between uses they folded them up for easy transport and storage. Lovely both folded and open this one is a great height and size for practical everyday use. A good and useful example of French vernacular furniture.
