https://www.decorativecollective.com/dealers/foundersAn Edwardian mahogany occasional table of square form, the top with double boxwood line inlay, a central fan patera and moulded edge, raised on square, tapered legs with continuous stringing, united by a moulded undertier with matching inlaid detail.
Executed in the Sheraton Revival style, the piece draws directly on Thomas Sheraton’s late 18th-century neo-classical aesthetic, combining slender, balanced proportions with precise boxwood inlay executed to the tighter workshop tolerances of the day.
Very good antique condition, displaying a rich original polish and minor surface wear consistent with age. Structurally solid and ready to place in the home.
English, circa 1905.
