Item Details

An Edwardian oak luggage stand, the slatted top within a softly rounded frame set over four square legs united by a low perimeter stretcher.


Engineered specifically to support heavy leather trunks and representing a level of structural integrity rarely found in later mass-produced examples. The low-elevation and rigid footprint is ideally proportioned to sit at the foot of a guest bed, within a dressing room or along an entrance hallway to hold weekend bags at an accessible packing height.


Very good antique condition, displaying light surface wear and an authentic patina consistent with age and utility. Structurally rock-solid, clean and ready for immediate placement.
