An impressive 19th Century deep seated armchair. The chair retains it's original arms and has been newly upholstered in classic ticking. The seat has been fully restored traditionally with hand lashed coil springs and layers of hair and coir for durability and comfort. It stands on turned front legs, with a makers stamp to the rear leg - a mark of quality craftsmanship. An elegant and sturdy piece, ready for everyday use while retaining it's 19th Century charm.
