Beautiful early 19th century French gilt mirror in excellent condition.


It can be hung landscape or portrait.


It dates from the very early 1800s and has its original perfectly foxed mercury glass with no scratches. Mercury glass was not made after 1840 and give a sparkle and reflection like no other.


It has its lovely real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame with stunning floral detail and no chips.


It has all its original backboards.
