Large early 19th century French gilt mirror in excellent condition.


It has its lovely Louis Philippe real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame, imposing ornate floral and leaf crest and elegant side scrolls.


It has its original real mercury plate with lovely foxing whilst still giving a good reflection,


It has a new backboard and a wire ready for it to be hung.


This mirror would make the perfect overnantel in a large living room or leaner mirror in a bedroom perhaps.
