Item Details

A stunning and richly detailed Antique Italian Baroque mirror, hand-carved in the mid-to-late 18th century. This opulent piece features an intricately pierced basket and floral crest, flanked by bold scrolling acanthus leaves and deep floral reliefs.

The mirror has beautifully aged gilding with it’s original mercury glass showing soft foxing. Rich patina to the original pine backboard. Circa 1750 – 1800.
