Circa 1815, rosewood circular breakfast table in the manner of William Trotter, Edinburgh. The circular top with mirror matched rosewood veneers, slightly rounded foredge, and frieze with classic Trotter beading. On a rectangular stem with central foliate carving and resting on a raised concave platform base with quarter matching rosewood veneers on the facing and sides. All standing on 4 fluted bun feet with the original concealed castors beneath.
