Circa 1960s. Full sized oak-framed Orkney chair by David Kirkness, of Kirkwall, Orkney, all in perfect condition. The shaped woven oaten straw and marram grass back attached to oak uprights. With classical scrolled Kirkness arms, above a pop-up rattan seat over square tapering legs with cross stretchers and brass screws.
