Circa 1840. Irish carved mahogany Chippendale stool/bench. The rectangular top with a gros-point foliate tapestry covering on the overstuffed seat, supported on four cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and classical Irish lion claw feet. Lovely colour and patina and tapestry covering in excellent condition.
