A rare antique industrial table lamp by Mek-Elek London with chromed brass articulating and rotating fittings, cast iron base with original ivory paint.
The main stem rotates in the base and the angle adjusts up and down (using knurled nut at base). The joint for the lampholder adjusts up and down and the lampholder joint,lampholder and shade rotate (adjusted by the 3rd knurled nut at the end of the stem).
Excellent quality and condition with no loss of chrome. Cleaned and polished. Rewired using original switched lampholder, 2.5 meters "coffee" fabric flex, traditional hard plastic plug and partnered with an early 20th century white glass shade.

Max height is 20"/50.5cm -this is with the arms and shade vertical (typical height to the "knuckle" with shade adjusted downwards approx 12.25"/31cm)
Base diameter is 5.5"/14cm.
Shade is approx 5.125"/13cm tall by 5.125"/13cm diameter.
Weight is approx 2.75kg.
