Item Details

A very handsome Anglo-Indian rosewood hall bench, circa 1840, with foliate scroll back and out-scrolling arms, the serpentine front caned seat over a scroll apron and raised on scroll supports. With a green faux-leather seat cushion.


A lovely bench of good colour. Lacking one section of moulding to the edge of the right hand scroll arm. The back with some old repairs but overall in vey good condition, including the caned seat.
