Item Details

An excellent 19th Century beechwood open armchair in the 17th Century style. This beautiful antique chair has a carved x stretcher and is raised on elegantly curved reeded legs, terminating in scrolled feet. The sweeping scrolled arms are also reeded and carved with acanthus leaves. This substantial chair has been upholstered in our workshop in a linen weave fabric in a versatile natural shade. In very good condition, this high quality chair is sturdy and stands well and is very comfortable. A wonderful decorative chair to enhance any interior.
