Lovely frame with non reflective UV glass.

Arthur Neal studied at Camberwell School of Art. He is a painter and printmaker and lives and works in Deal, Kent. According to Neal his work ‘lies somewhere between a figurative and a semi-abstract world’. He exhibits regularly at the RA Summer Exhibition and has also exhibited with Lynne Strover Gallery, Hilton Fine Art, Cadogan Contemporary (since 1989) in mixed and solo shows and with the Linden Hall Studio Gallery. He has been the recipient of several awards including the Hunting/Observer Art Award and the JPS Portrait award.
