A really impressive ornate chandelier, made in France in the early 1920s.


The chandelier has a vintage, romantic design. Its gilt metal frame has an aged bronze finish. The structure is highly decorative, featuring curling, vine-like arms and leaf motifs that give it an organic, floral appearance.


Crystal elements are prominent throughout the piece. There are large teardrop-shaped crystal pendants hanging from the arms and centre, as well as smaller faceted beads and elongated prisms. Many of the crystals are arranged in flower-like clusters, with petal-shaped pieces radiating around darker, circular centers, enhancing the botanical theme.


It holds six candle-style lights with cream-colored cylindrical covers that resemble traditional wax candles. These sit in small, flower-shaped holders that match the overall floral aesthetic.


Overall, the chandelier combines gilded metalwork with sparkling crystal accents, creating an elegant, antique lighting fixture that feels both luxurious and delicately crafted.
