This large coffee table was made in France in the 1960s to a luxurious design, in the manner of Baguès.

The base is made from solid brass with a polished finish, with faux bamboo detailing.

The supports radiate outward from a central column beneath the glass, creating a symmetrical star-like framework. Gentle arcs of brass connect the upright supports, softening the geometric layout and adding visual flow.

Classic French midcentury design.
