A lovely pair of neoclassical French wall sconces with an elegant design. They have two arms per sconce, each elegantly curved and designed to resemble twisted rope or cord, leading to candle-style light holders.


The arms are joined at a central knot, adding to the illusion of knotted rope — a hallmark motif in neoclassical décor. The tops of the sconces have a floral rosette medallion, and the bases are adorned with tassels, further reinforcing the rope-drape illusion. Please look at all our pictures to see more closely. The candle sleeves mimic traditional wax candles, we've had them rewired for the UK, we can easily change this for any destination, please just ask for more information.
