A scarce original barber's pole. Used as advertising outside a barber's shop. Japan, c1950s. In it's current state it lights and turns with a bit of prodding but will go off to our electricians to be re-wired and hopefully get it back to working condition. Sold re-wired and PAT tested, but the spinning internal aspect cannot be guaranteed in the long term as it is a vintage piece. Generally good condition, the metal is unrestored so has the patina, there is a small ding to the top metal, the glass is in good condition.
