An exceptional and highly decorative collection of 10 antique church organ facade pipes, dating from the late 19th century. This striking set retains its original, untouched polychrome painted finish, featuring a beautiful soft duck-egg blue ground.


Each pipe is meticulously hand-decorated with elegant gilded and stenciled neo-Gothic flourishes, acanthus leaf motifs, and contrasting geometric bands at the crowns. Constructed from zinc and salvaged from a historic church facade, these pipes possess a magnificent, authentic patina. The natural age-related weathering and gentle wear to the gilding lend them an irreplaceable architectural character.


With their impressive scale and tapered, sculptural forms, they offer immense visual impact. Perfect as a dramatic interior design statement, these pipes can be grouped together as an avant-garde installation, mounted on a wall, or used individually as architectural fragments in a high-end residential or commercial space.


There are 3 sizes in the set, Largest measure 239 cm x 10 cm, Medium measure 229 cm x 9 cm, Smallest measure 220 cm x 9 cm.


There are 2 large, 4 medium and 4 small in the set of 10


One of the small sized pipes has been dented at the top end so is slightly off circular at the top only, this could probably be tapped back into shape, but is not that noticeable from the front.
