19th Century English Regency Rosewood Cabinet with Marble Top
A 19th Century English Regency Rosewood Side Cabinet with Original Marble Top.


Of good size and impressive breakfront form, this English side cabinet has fine architectural detailing. The central doors have lancet-shaped panels in them, showing a gothic influence, and they are flanked by classical column pilasters with lotus flower carved capitals and bases. Running along the top of the plinth base is a turned half bobbin moulding. All of the doors have brass grills with rosette details and the interior of the piece consists of a selection of adjustable shelves giving plenty of adaptable storage space. The original marble top is white with grey veins.
