Cherrywood Rush Seat Bench
A 19th Century Italian Cherrywood Bench with Rush Seat.


Of three seater size and with rush seat, this bench is of Italian origin and made in cherry wood. Each of the three chair backs have classical capitals framing central fretted circles, all with penwork detailing. The back rails are flat adjoining turned arm supports. The bench stands on four tapering square sectioned legs and the timber is of a mellow colour throughout
