Large 18th Century French Cherrywood Enfilade/Sideboard.


This handsome buffet enfilade is made from cherrywood and is of architectural form with projecting pilasters to each side and between the two sets of doors in the centre. The cupboard doors are panelled with unusual octagonal mouldings. They open to reveal shelves inside. The back of the cupboard sections also being panelled. The central panels to each of the doors are also inlaid,. There are shallow drawers in both the frieze and the apron. Standing on a plinth base. This is a very unusual design that we have never seen before.
