A Grand Pair of 19th Century Italian Mahogany Chest of Drawers with Marble Tops.


Of mid 19th century date, these walnut commodes are constructed in the finest bookmatched mahogany, matched across the entire width of the drawer fronts. They have white marble tops with rounded front corners. Each chest of drawers has three conventional drawers with a further drawer concealed in the frieze. The sides of the pieces are also bookmatched timber.


A very smart, interesting pair of chest of drawers with some of the finest veneers available.
