18th century Spanish Talavera inkwell
Inkwells and spice pots were made of this this design in both Talavera de la Reina and Dutch Delft, from the form and design of this we believe it to be Spanish glazed ceramic and originally for use as an inkwell. It makes a lovely table salt.
