Salter's Trade 20lb Spring Balance, with cast iron base, etched brass dial and removable tin pan. The dial shows 2oz when empty and there is no adjustment, but we checked with weights up to 4lb and its calibration is good if you account for the 2oz, so functional for cakes and decorative.
