This is an antique Colonial serving tray. An Anglo-Indian inlaid teak afternoon tea slide, dating to the High Victorian period, circa 1870.


Superb Colonial taste, well suited for service upon a veranda or for afternoon tea
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good, original order
Select teak stocks present fine grain interest and warm caramel and russet hues
Inlaid with attractive brass, issuing ornate motif to the top surface
Tray edge accentuated with brass inlays for further sophistication
