This is an antique decanter table. An English, walnut and marble wine or cocktail table, dating to the High Victorian period, circa 1870.

Excellent Belgian marble insert, with distinguished white vein detail


Gently tiered top over a shallow drum apron
William IV overtones to the delightful fluted support, tapering as it unites the top
Superb acanthus bulb carving uniting the riser with the legs
Tri-form base with gorgeous cabriole legs, accentuated with scrolled motif
Drop pendant to the centre of the legs for a final visual flourish
