This is a large vintage dressing screen. An Oriental, mahogany folding privacy screen or room divider, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1970.


Of wonderful proportion and appearance, ideal for the bedroom, lounge or retail space
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Select stocks present light caramel hues and present fine grain interest
Bi-fold arrangement, with the wings articulating through 90 degrees


Fascia panels adorned with relief carved scenes, presenting birds on fruiting trees
Delightful geometric diamonds adorn the upper fascia, delineated with apex form beading
Standing upon long bracket feet with raised toes at the centre
Wings articulate upon long brass hinges and rest on block feet
