This is a vintage Famille Rose display vase. An Oriental, ceramic flower urn, dating to the Art Deco, circa 1940.


A treat of colour and visual appeal with a classic urn form
Displays a desirable aged patina, light marks commensurate with age
Ceramic form with broad shoulders and tapering square body
White lining accentuated with a superb colour palette to each outer surface


Flared rim collar hosts darling Famille Jaune and Rose patterns with fine foliate detail
Main body replete with a bright blue ground and further flowerhead detail
Each fascia presents traditional dragons in a trio and pairs respectively
