This is a vintage projet d'éventail picture. A French, framed watercolour fan painting by Elisabeth Baptendier-Rastenaeff, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1930.

Elisabeth Baptendier-Rastenaeff was an accomplished early 20th century French watercolorist and designer celebrated for her elegant floral compositions and intricate fan designs (projets d'éventail). As an official sociétaire of the prestigious Société des Artistes Français, she regularly exhibited her work at their annual Paris Salons, bridging the decorative elegance of Art Nouveau with the early Art Deco era.
