Item Details

A unique and original large early 20th Century French wooden demi-lune bench. Entwined straw rushed seating rests upon a curved iron framework supported by six slotted, bolted and detachable oak legs. The three legs at the fore are comprised of three ndividual living edge tree trunk stumps. This piece would work well in both a contemporary space or traditional country setting. This is a work of art in itself! With some restoration to the straw work.
