Fantastic pair of early 20th Century English silver plate on brass chandeliers.
These chandeliers are based on a 17th Century design which can still be seen within-country houses such as Knole House in Kent. These particular chandeliers were made in the 1920s. They have their original silver plate which is time-worn, adding to their character and lustre, and lightly lacquered to retain their finish.
A wonderful pair that will bring an elegant charm to any room. Fully rewired with 50cm of original silver plated chain and ceiling hooks.
