Item Details

Pair of 19th Century English mahogany open armchairs. With carved cabriole legs and parcel gilt decoration on all carved surfaces. Open armrests with scroll decoration at the elbows and carved foliate decoration. Shells carved both front and back of the chair below the seat. Newly upholstered in good strong linen with stud work around the seat of the chair and armrests. Very impressive chairs in excellent condition.
