A 19th century walnut commode from northern Italy. The frame of the chest is walnut and the drawers have been immaculately veneered in walnut. Three drawers with spring locks (two fully working) and one key. Original metalwork. Attractive, tapered legs give this an elegant feel. Signs of previous woodworm but none live.
