This is a superb quality Queen Anne style walnut breakfront bookcase, presented in very good condition and ready for immediate use. Of small and elegant proportions, this versatile piece will fit comfortably in a range of interior settings.


Crafted in richly figured walnut, the bookcase boasts a beautiful original colour and patina, with a warm depth and lustrous finish that highlights the natural grain of the wood. The piece is constructed in two parts for ease of movement – the upper glazed section lifts away from the base for convenient transport and installation.


The upper section features four individual glazed doors, opening to reveal a clean and spacious interior with nine height adjustable shelves, providing a flexible and generous display area for books, collectibles, or decorative objects.


Beneath this, a single slim drawer with a refined cock-beaded edge adds a touch of understated elegance and offers discreet storage. The lower section houses four panelled cupboard doors, each with working locks and a key, opening to ample additional storage space.


The bookcase stands on classic bracket feet.
