Item Description

A wonderful vintage burr wood console table with brass Greek key detail. Circa 1970s. Almost certainly made by the American firm, Mastercraft, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Superbly figured burr wood veneer to the top and frieze, which is a pale, golden colour. with lacquered metal tubular faux bamboo legs and frieze banding, and brass Greek key detail. The table leads a bold but artful statement, perfect for lending a bit of dash and brawn to a contemporary decor.

It is in very good condition, and has been cleaned and waxed. There are some light signs of use to the wood. The lacquered legs have some marks and signs of use with age.

The table will need to be screwed to the wall for a secure fitting.
