Mid Century Danish teak modular single bay wall shelf/chest designed by Poul Cadovius. Labelled 'Danish Royal System'. Circa late 1950’s.


The set is in good original condition for its age, showing some light signs of wear. There are a few marks to the top chests to note. Please refer to the photographs. The neat brass handles have their original patina. The shelf and chests can be adjusted to your desired position. The drawers have solid sides and backs with dovetail construction. There all work smoothly.


The set comprises:


2 x solid teak uprights 130cm high
1 x teak shelf with metal uprights 24cm deep
1 x teak two drawer chest 30cm deep
1 x teak two drawer chest with open compartments 30cm deep
4 x metal fixing rods
2 x metal pegs (for under the shelf.)


Delivery is included in the purchase price for all areas in MAINLAND England & Wales.


Veneered in figured teak, with solid teak edging and uprights.


The system will be packed in parts, it will need fixing to the wall, each upright has four countersunk holes to fix.


Delivery included to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland.
