Art Deco bird's eye maple and ebonised side hall table by Waring & Gillow. Maker's stamp. Circa 1930.


The table shows well‑balanced proportions, the top and frieze veneered in well‑figured bird's‑eye maple, terminating on ebonised reeded legs and chamfered inner edges .


Overall in excellent clean condition, showing some light wear. The table is sturdy throughout, with no loose joints.


The design would also work well with a Postmodern, Memphis Milano interior.


A versatile table that could work as a small desk or centre table, with reeded legs on both sides. The table presents better in person than the photographs suggest.
