Danish mid century set of six teak and beech stackable heart tripod dining chairs and matching tripod circular dining table. Design by Hans Wegner for Fritz Hansen. Circa 1955. Maker's marks.


A renowned space-efficient mid century design, the chairs also designed with a sturdy, stackable shape.


Fritz Hansen maker's stamp to the underside of the table. Each chair also has a faint maker's stamp.


The table top and the seats are veneered in teak with solid beechwood frames and legs. The table and chairs are all structurally sturdy with no damage or repairs.


The set is in very good condition. The teak has been re-finished by hand, but still retains some light authentic marks to highlight its genuine heritage. The beechwood frames and legs have the original finish, with some areas sympathetically re-finished to match. There are also some light signs of use to the beech wood.


A Fabulous set by two of the leading names in mid century modern.


Delivery included to mainland England and Wales.
