Unusual Victorian Gothic Revival walnut table mirror. Circa 1880.


With zoomorphic form legs rising into a square pedestal apron with central cartouche. A turned stem supports the mirror's frame, which has scroll uprights, turned finials, and a shaped apron.


The glass is later, this shows a few very minor marks to it. There is an old repair/reglued area to the base of the mirror support. This however is sturdy and not loose. One of the feet has a knock to the shoulder and an area of loss around the leg. Please refer to the photographs. Again, this is sturdy and could be set at the back, so not on show.
