Vintage Asprey & Co leather-covered book design bookends with gilt tooled decoration and silk bases. Modelled as opened books. Maker's stamps: Asprey & Co London. Circa 1970.


The leather is over a wooden base, and the bookends have good weight to them. Showing wonderful colour and patina, there are scuff marks to the leather. They are solid are sturdy.
