19th Century Antique Howard & Sons Ash Double Wardrobe – Stamped


A superb quality English 19th century antique double wardrobe by the well known London makers Howard & Sons. In such good, original condition and all a wonderful original colour, this antique wardrobe is made in solid ash woods with the two moulded wardrobe doors having a decorative herringbone patterns. Inside are the original hanging rails and brass hooks. To the lower part of this Howard & Sons antique wardrobe is a single, long drawer that run well and has the original brass swan neck handles. This antique wardrobe is stamped by the maker Howard & Sons and there is also a lovely original paper makers label. For transporting, the cornice lifts off, as does the plinth. English and dating to 1860.
