19th Century English Antique Oak Tavern Cricket Table


This is a wonderful, very original English antique solid oak cricket table that would have been used in a tavern as a gaming table with it having the original brass bound edge, called a fiddle rail, which stops gaming counters from slipping off the table top. All pegged construction with the carved initials and dated 1859 underneath. The antique cricket table legs are connected by stretchers, all totally original and a lovely colour. In very good, solid condition.
