English 19th Century Antique Folding Clothes Rail in Mahogany


A superb quality, English antique solid mahogany folding clothes rail that stands firmly on a flat, platform base on well shaped feet. In excellent, original condition and still in the original rich finish. Neatly closes for when not needed, then the fold out side sections open easily to enlarge the hanging area. Perfect for bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. Dates to around 1840.
When closed, the width is 71cm.
