English Regency Antique Mahogany Coat / Clothes Stand

A very good quality early 19th century English antique solid mahogany coat stand, but would be an ideal clothes rail in a dressing room or shop, as well as in a hallway. Made in top quality mahogany timbers that are a superb colour, all in very good, strong and complete condition. Stands firmly on a circular base that has three squat bun feet and a nicely moulded edge. The base of the central stem is reeded then well turned above with multiple mahogany hooks for coats, clothes and hats. Dates to 1815.
