A very good quality English 19th century antique William Morris ladderback armchair, very much in the style of Clissett. Please see the Morris design catalogue image for the design listed. Beautifully made in ash woods, in the original rich finish. In excellent, strong and intact condition and complete with the original rushed seat. Dates to around 1870.
