Massive English 19th Century Moorish Antique Mirror


This is a wonderful, large scale English antique wall mirror in the Moorish manner with hand carved foliage to the shapely corners and moulded connecting surrounds. Been in the same family home for over 70 years. Rare to find an English antique wall mirror of this size and with a wonderful, shaped and bevelled thick mirror plate. Due to the symmetrical design, this large English Arts & Crafts antique mirror can be hung both portrait and landscape ways. In excellent condition, the hand carved frame is all very intact and the original mirror plate is also in very good condition. Has a later solid wooden back. A rare and fabulous Moorish antique mirror of very large scale.
