Rare Pair of Early 18th Century Antique Oak Musician Stools


A very rare pair of English period oak antique Musician’s performing stools that date to around 1720. They are both a wonderful original colour. The stools have moulded edges around the seats with chamfered legs. All pegged construction with platform stands. Would make an interesting pair of early English antique oak bedsides. They are a clever design, intended for the musicians to sit upon the stool seats with their feet up off the ground and with a small performance standing area.
