Stamped Gillow Antique Deep Seated Antique Upholstered Armchair


A high quality and generously proportions, English 19th century country house antique upholstered armchair by Gillow. A very comfortable model in superb, intact and strong condition. Traditionally upholstered with a walnut show wood moulded skirt and walnut legs, turned and carved to the front, splayed to the rear. Complete with the original quality brass cup castors. A lovely model that dates to around 1850. Stamped Gillow to a back leg.
