Swedish 19th Century Antique Love Token Box in Original Paint


A beautiful, very original 19th century native love token box, dated 1853. A rare survivor, hand made in steam bent pine and bound with woven cane. The original paint work is just lovely and bright and with a figurative painting to the original lid. In excellent condition, this antique box would have been given as a love token or marriage gift. A very decorative, large Swedish original painted antique box.
